Rental Information:

2 people . . . $295  per week

Minimum age to rent a dome is twenty three years.

PETS
Please read #10 in our Rules & Regulations
One (1) pet is permitted per dome   
      Pet fee . . . $20 per week. 
      Pet damage deposit . . . $200  (must be paid prior to the pet moving in.)
The pet damage deposit is nonrefundable. 

MOVE-IN COSTS
Prior to moving into a dome, a single guest must pay $625, which includes:

• the first week’s rent of $225
• a damage deposit of $400

Double Guests must pay $795 which includes:

• the first week's rent of $295
• a damage deposit of $500

The damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded only if: 
     1)   the guest stays more than 3 months  
             and 
     2)   the guest leaves the premises CLEAN (same condition you received it) and undamaged  

              INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT:

• Electricity and Water
• Free WiFi
  
• There is a dumpster on the premises, available for guest use. 
• There is a public mail box at the entrance to the property.  For your security, we strongly advise getting a post office box at a U.S. Post Office.
• One (1) parking space is provided for each dome.

 
Cable/satellite for TV is not provided. 
Tenants may make their own arrangements for television with a local satellite company.

Rent is due on Fridays, for the following week.   All rent payments will be made at Citizens State Bank.  Please include your dome # so payments post correctly.  

                       CASH, MONEY ORDER, AND CASHIERS CHECKS ACCEPTED. 
​                      NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Grace period is until Monday at 5pm.
Late fee is $50, due Tuesday.
Lock will be changed on Wednesday for a further fee of $50.
No exceptions.


   HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT AND
       BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST:

Send deposit via Venmo or Cash App or take
cash, money order, or cashiers check to Citizens State Bank.
Tell them you would like to make a deposit for The Inn Place.
Information to include on deposit slip:

Telephone Number

As soon as we receive your deposit you will be added to the waiting list.  Please feel free to call and check on the status of your new dome.
